2. Hosting and Server Log Files
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA. When you visit this website, Vercel, acting as our data processor, automatically collects technical access data transmitted by your browser: IP address, date and time of the request, page accessed, browser and operating system used, and the previously visited page (referrer). This data is processed exclusively for the technical operation, delivery of content and to ensure IT security, and is not combined with other data sources. Since Vercel is based in the USA, data transfer takes place on the basis of appropriate safeguards (including the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or EU Standard Contractual Clauses). The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure and functional operation of our website).
3. Fonts
This website uses the fonts Inter and Archivo. The font files are bundled locally when the website is built and are served from our own server. At no point does a connection to Google's servers or any other font provider occur, and no personal data such as your IP address is transmitted to third parties.
4. Contact Form
If you contact us via the contact form, we process the data you provide (including name, email address, optionally phone number, your message and, if provided, further details about your company) solely to process your inquiry and for any follow-up questions. For the technical delivery of these emails, we use the service provider Resend (Resend, Inc., USA) as our data processor; this data transfer is likewise based on appropriate safeguards for international transfers. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (initiation of a contractual relationship) or Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to your inquiry). No further disclosure to third parties takes place.
5. Cookies and Consent
On your first visit to this website, you will be asked for your consent via our cookie banner. Necessary cookies are required for the website to function and do not require consent (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Optional cookies in the Statistics and Marketing categories are only set after you have actively given your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR); without your consent, these categories remain disabled. We currently do not integrate any statistics or marketing services – choosing "Accept all" therefore has no practical effect at this time, though the consent logic is already fully in place. Your choice is stored locally in your browser and will not be requested again on your next visit. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer.
6. External Links
In our Imprint, we link to the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform. This link is only activated when actively clicked; only then do the privacy policies of the respective provider apply, over which we have no control.
7. Your Rights as a Data Subject
You have the right at any time to request information about your personal data stored with us (Art. 15 GDPR), to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), data portability (Art. 20 GDPR), and to object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, such as the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision. An informal message to info@nemeros.de is sufficient to exercise your rights.

We will update this privacy policy whenever changes to our data processing make this necessary. The version published on this page at any given time applies.
This policy reflects the current technical state of the website. Please have it finally reviewed by a lawyer before going live, especially once the contact form is technically connected or the hosting provider is finalized.
